This is a plain description of what data this site collects and why, not a formal legal document. If you have questions or want data removed, email jonatan@arasakagroup.com.

What we collect when you submit a brief

The "Start a brief" form on the homepage asks for your name, email, and any notes you add, along with the answers you picked in the short questionnaire. Submitting it saves that information to a database (Cloud Firestore) so we can follow up with a quote. It is only readable by us, not by other visitors.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (a Google product) to understand how the site is used: which pages get visited, which links get clicked, and general device and browser information. This does not include anything you typed into the brief form. It's the same kind of data most websites collect to see what's working.

What we don't do

Who has access

Submitted briefs and analytics data are only accessible to Arasaka. The underlying infrastructure is Google/Firebase, which hosts and processes the data on our behalf.
